The No-News News Item

Nothing much to report publication-wise, but I have just heard that a cover artist has been appointed by Abaddon Books to provide the artwork for my zombie novel Hungry Hearts.

The artist in question is the obscenely talented Greg Staples. I'm delighted that Greg will be doing the cover; his illustrations come alive on the page. I can't wait to see what he's going to do with the image we have in mind...

Regarding the novel itself, I've completed the first draft and am now slowly going through the editing process. I'm pretty happy with the first draft, so thankfully most of the editing involves finessing the piece rather than making any significant structural changes.
