Next year, Screaming Dreams will publish two of my novellas in a single volume. DIFFERENT SKINS will boast a cover by the award-winning artist Vincent Chong, and the two original stories are EVEN THE DEAD DIE and IN THE SKIN. Hopefully this one will be out June/July 2008.
Unfortunately my novella ROUGH CUT missed out on a British Fantasy Award, but my mate Paul Finch was a worthy winner with his brilliant story KID, from the Pendragon anthology CHOICES. Go and buy it.
A new story, BEFORE SHE LEAVES, will appear in an anthology titled TWILIGHT DESIRES from Simian Publishing.
PUMPKIN NIGHT – an original Halloween story – will appear in the Halloween issue of the Ezine ESTRINOMICON a lovely little thing put out by Steve Upham at Screaming Dreams. I’ll put up a link once the issue is available for (free!) download.
My tales DAY OF THE MASK and I SEE A DARKNESS both receieved Honourable Mentions from Ellen Datlow in the lastest edition of the indispensable YEAR'S BEST FANTASY & HORROR.
