It's been a busy week, but for some reason I don't seem to have got much done. Work's progressing slowly on the novel...much too slowly for my liking. I've submitted a couple of short stories and edited my novella ready for submission a the publisher who asked for it.
This week I'll be focusing on the novel. I need to hit it fast and hard, and hopefully get 10,000 words done by the weekend. Wish me luck!
Over the weekend, I had an idea for a what I hope will be a series of crime novels. I've always liked mystery novels, and have been thinking about writing one for some time now. The character I've come up with is interesting - he has lots of potential. Once I get the next two novels finished, I might sit down and see if he wants to tell me his story.
